At One and Holding

Happy birthday to the cutest girl who couldn't have been lees cute. Don't let these pictures fool you. She's adorable and easily annoyed. I guess it was being put in the weeds on a bright and windy day. But still, come on. So due to the wind we finished at the house. They turned out cute and she turned out cute. You will note she is sitting in all these. Turns out her parents are coddling her so she doesn't feel the need to walk. Kids now days.

 

Wedwood Woad and Woger Wabbit

This is a sort of surrogate family. I wish I could think of something clever to write that would amuse and entertain you, but... Nothing comes to mind. I'm tired and I just don't have it in me tonight. I will say the kids were great. One seemed to have it in her mind to not smile and have fun but it all worked out. The pictures turned out great and it was fun to see them again.

Less Cold Less Squinty,Yet More

This was a second attempt at family pictures. We tried outside a couple weeks ago and I think I jumped the gun a little. Or maybe they are cry babies. It's hard to say. So we shot inside and they turned out much better. There was less cold looks and less squinting in the sun. A great family although they do need to work on being silly. 

 

 

Sassitude

Here are some really cute kids if you can get them to stay in one place for more than a second. There was some crying and threats and falling off boxes. And a lot of running around. Super cute and a lot of fun. Fun for me, not their parents. They were doing most of the running around, and threatening. You can guess which kid had the sass and which had the tude.

Hatching in the Cold

This was a cute but cold shoot last Saturday out at daybreak. I like them but I'm thinking they might be cuter if I rebuild the wood backdrop in my kitchen. I just don't know if my marriage can handle it. I think it was up for three months last time. Anyway here they are. A really great family even if the husband is a dirty basketball player. Is that slander?

Just Like in the Movies

So this model shows up looking great and is really nice and easy to photograph. I mean seriously. If I learned anything from John Hughs movies it's "People come in very distinct groups and they do not venture out of these groups unless it is to date a nerd who is really a great guy." And this gal falls into the cute popular girls group so she should be stuck up and mean. Although I don't know her very well. So she may be that girl and I just don't know. But she did seam really nice and was a lot of fun to work with. So I am confused.

A Merry McInnes Christmas

We braved the cold and the wind and some annoying family members. But it was worth it. I didn't have to do anything but push the shutter as someone else took control. I got paid. Oh yes, and the pictures turned out great. They are a great family, despite some in the family. You can see in the collection of pictures I am posting there is one person in particular. I think the picture will stand out. Not to say he was the only one, but his picture turned out so nice. I would be more mean about him, but I don't know him well enough to really let loose.
