We braved the cold and the wind and some annoying family members. But it was worth it. I didn't have to do anything but push the shutter as someone else took control. I got paid. Oh yes, and the pictures turned out great. They are a great family, despite some in the family. You can see in the collection of pictures I am posting there is one person in particular. I think the picture will stand out. Not to say he was the only one, but his picture turned out so nice. I would be more mean about him, but I don't know him well enough to really let loose. Well that's enough for now. Enjoy and Happy Holidays.

We are mostly a nonpartisan household but yesterday the scales were tipped. We became a U house for a couple of hours. It was weird. All of the sudden we wanted to get drunk and fight. And we hated BYU (and ourselves). It quickly passed and we realized what it must be like to be UofU fans. We have a greater appreciation for life after having seen what it's like on the dark side. So here are some really cute pictures of a great family. They are so great and a lot of fun to shoot.

I've been busy so I am late posting these pictures. Sorry to the families involved. They were really great to work with. There were a couple of troublesome kids but over all everyone was great. We shot downtown at the capital, but I imagine that was obvious. Turns out a lot of other families had the same idea.

How many pictures must you shoot to get one pictures of this whole family looking at the camera and smiling? Apparently more than I took. Which was 898. Although there are a bunch of great shots. One of the family members was not all that cooperative. I take that back. Two were not that cooperative but one was more so. Such a cute family. Way cuter then their relatives. And look how nice their teeth are. Great dental hygiene in this family. A great family to work with. Hope you like them.

These were shot for Brahmin hand bags. They are being used in their catalog and online so I couldn't post them until they posted the catalog. The model is Sarah. She is a blogger that the company picked to showcase. They picked several bloggers from across the country to talk about holiday traditions and show off their bags. The shoot turned out great and she is so great to work with. You can check out her blog Welcome to the good life at http://www.jaynsarah.com/ My pictures can be seen in the catalog at
Here are some as well. Let me know what you think.
