Kitchen Divas

Shot today with a little twist on the background. You most likely won't see the difference but there is some. Anyway they turned out cute. And even a mom got involved. Of course it was difficult to photograph a woman who was watching her kids do what she just told them not to do while smiling for the camera. Also there was about 15 times more SASS in the house then normal. Cute and entertaining.

It Borders on the Adriatic

Shot these yesterday. The title of this entry is based on a Cheers television show line. The model is Albanian. To explain further would take too long and still not be interesting. I would love to know if anyone, other than my family, knows what I'm talking about. Anyway the shoot had the worst beginning anything ever could have, for me. So I 'm about to kneel down to shoot and I notice a mouse running off. D-I-S-G-U-S-T-I-N-G!!  I can handle most things creepy crawly and what not but rodents do me in. Anyway like the amazing professional I am I continued on and things turned out well. Here they are.

Won't Somebody Think of the Children

Look at these two poor children. Growing up in a big house in Draper, forced to support BYU. Being educated by ex communists in a strict private school. I feel like I should be raising money to help them out but I think that would only exasperate the situation. So I guess we will all have to just hope that they can get by with their looks, personalities and amazing uncle. Keep them in your thoughts. They make you think about what this world is coming to. Thanks for your support.

Kitchen Table Quick Shots

The idea of these shoots is a quick no thrills simple shoot. Very little prep and shot just in front of my kitchen table flipped on its edge as the background. I like the idea of a clean simple look so hopefully you see something of their personality. If I could think of something mean to say I would. But I am tired of dealing with so many terrible kids and parents. They are still better then those that didn't respond or come over (Brandy). But the pictures are great and it entertained me for the day. So thanks to those who answered my Facebook call and I hope you like what turned out.

What's Black and White and Redheaded All Over

Shot these this evening whilst sitting around bored. Luckily we have a neighbor with a redhead. They're way better then all our other neighbors that ignored my Facebook plea for models. they're all jerks, except the ones that read my blog. I'm sure they were busy with stuff. Anyway this gal and her mom came over and sat for a quick shoot. She is expecting to become famous for having her picture posted online so don't disappoint. And you don't want to anger a redhead!

Shot To Heck

Shot these today in what seemed like Nevada, it could have been Area 51. I go to meet this new model in Tooele. So of course I'm expecting some backwards hillbilly. Then this girl shows up, with all her teeth. Not caring that it ruins my preconceived notions of Tooele. I hate people like that. But she was easy to work with although her mom, waiting in the car, seemed to have trouble not honking the horn. The pictures turned out great and despite the cold and wind it was a great shoot. Adding to Su.Spence

This is my most favorite person in the world. The best model I have ever worked with. And the most natural. All it cost me was $3.00 in toys from Target. She was shaved for some surgeries but I love her hair so short and so I begged her mom to let me photograph her. She was perfect from the moment she stood in front of my kitchen table flipped onto its side, that was our background. So great and amazing and wonderful. The pictures turned out exactly as I wanted them to. If only all shoots went like this. These are so amazing I expect there to be more comments then on any other post. So lets hear it folks.
